When I was much younger, I genuinely thought oil and gas meant the oil we use to fry stew and the gas we use to cook it. 😂😂

Oil + Gas. Simple. Case closed. 😭😂

Nobody could have convinced little me that there was an entire industry behind those two words.

Now I know about upstream, midstream, downstream, drilling rigs, offshore platforms, LNG, and plenty of other big grammar I’m still learning. 😂

Funny how growing up comes with discovering that the things you thought you understood were actually a whole different world.

Anyway, it’s the weekend. My brain has closed for maintenance. 😂😂

Please tell me I’m not the only one who had a funny childhood assumption about something👀
