Some of the smartest people are terrible at talking about what they do, me included 🌚.

And I don’t mean communication skills.

I mean visibility.

You can be incredibly good at your job, have 15 years of experience, know exactly how to solve a problem and still be almost invisible outside the people you already work with.

I’ve noticed this a lot.

The people doing the actual work aren't always the loudest online.

The engineer who has solved the problem everyone else keeps struggling with might never post about it.

The small service company doing excellent work might have almost no digital footprint.

The experienced professional who could mentor an entire generation may simply be… busy working.

And I think there’s a bigger conversation here about how expertise gets discovered.

Because experience that nobody can find has limited reach.

Not everyone needs to become a content creator.

But I do think good work should be easier to discover.
