There is a lot of expertise in the oil & gas industry that never gets documented.

That's something we don't talk about enough.

Knowledge transfer shouldn't only happen when someone is standing beside you on a site.

The industry needs to keep capturing experiences, lessons, processes, and insights so that the next generation doesn't always have to learn everything the hard way.

Experience is an asset too.

And sometimes, the most valuable thing an experienced professional can pass on isn't a contact or a contract, it's a lesson.

Contract and contacts still matters though 😌
